Today marks my first official blog post, we won't count the actual first post (pictured below) which shows my one-sheeter created last week for ESPN Madison's "In the Trenches." This piece was originally created using powerpoint, but I decided to jazz it up a bit by using photoshop.
Moving on to the good stuff, last sunday kicked off my first promotion experience here at ESPN Madison. Despite the incredibly muggy weather and damp conditions (which made the bean bag tossing a bit more difficult I might add), the overall experience was rewarding. It was nice to see everyone's families enjoying Father's Day while cheering on the Mallards.
The kids enjoyed our setup the most. Austin and I are considering opening a tattoo parlor given how many kids we 'tatted up' with the ESPN Madison logo. The bean bag toss was an emotional roller coaster... you needed to make all three bags in order to win a T-shirt. Some were victorious, others... just kept trying until they got three in a row.
Overall, it was a great day and I had a blast interacting with the fans at the game. I look forward to the coming experiences promoting ESPN Madison.
Go Brewers.
